1. Meeting called to order and roll call reported.
2. Review and Approval of Agenda.
NOTICE RE: NRS 237: When the City Council approves this agenda, it also approves a motion
ratifying staff action taken pursuant to NRS 237.030 et seq. with respect to items on this agenda,
and determines that each matter on tonight's agenda for which a Business Impact Statement has
been prepared does impose a direct and significant economic burden on a business or directly
restrict the formation, operation or expansion of a business, and each matter which is on
tonight's agenda for which a Business Impact Statement has not been prepared does not impose
a direct and significant economic impact on a business or directly restrict the formation,
operation or expansion of a business.
3. Public Comment on any item not on this agenda, and pertinent to the City
Council, will be received during the Public Participation/Comment portion of this
meeting. The presiding officer will invite public comment pertaining to those
matters on tonight’s agenda during the council’s consideration of each individual
matter, and before action, if any, is taken. Public comment is limited to three (3)
minutes per person, per item, unless additional time is permitted by the presiding
officer.

6. Discussion and Possible Action on Planning Commission Minutes of July 17,
2006:
A. Carolyn & Jack Cline – EXTENSION OF SPECIAL USE PERMIT -
In accordance with the provisions of Yerington City Code, Title 10,
Chapter 8, Section 10-8-10 the applicants Carolyn & Jack Cline have
requested an extension on their Special Use Permit which was
approved on September 12, 2005. Property is located at 426 Pearl
Street, Assessor’s Parcel Number 01-081-11, Zoned R-1, within the
City of Yerington and owned by Jack R. Cline, et al.
B. Robert Dallaire – BOUNDARY LINE ADJUSTMENT – The
applicant Robert Dallaire has filed a Boundary Line Adjustment
application to allow him to change the boundary line on Assessor’s
Parcel Numbers 01-284-07, 01-284-08 & 01-284-09, located at 500 S.
Main Street, within the City of Yerington, Zoned RC and owned by
Robert Dallaire.
7. Discussion and Possible Action on Planning Commission Minutes of August 7,
2006:
A. Arrowleaf Estates North Phase 3 – FINAL MAP– In accordance with
the provisions of N.R.S. 278.372-278.460, the developer DG-HP, Inc.
has filed a final map for Arrowleaf Estates North Phase 3. Property is
located northwest end of Arrowleaf Parkway, Assessor’s Parcel
Numbers 01-471-08, within the City of Yerington, Zoned R-1, owned
by DG-HP, Inc.
8. Discussion and Possible Action on Assignment of Hangar Lease #216 from
Richard Davis to Andor Koval.
9. Discussion and Possible Action to Open Sealed Bids for Lease Hangar Spaces
#408 and #418.
10. Discussion and Possible Action on Revocation of Matthews Aviation Hangar
Lease for No Proof of Liability Insurance.
11. Discussion and Possible Action to Approve the Purchase of a Used Utility Truck,
Used Animal Control Van and Used Vibratory Roller.
12. Discussion and Possible Action to Award Bid for a Lawn Mower.
13. Pay Bills.
14. Public Participation/Comments-No action will be taken.
15. Review and comments on possible communications from Lyon County
Commissioners-No action will be taken unless item(s) are properly agendized.
16. Department Reports, City Manager Report, Council Comments-No action will be
taken.
This is a tentative schedule for the meeting. The board reserves the right to take items in
a different order to accomplish business in the most efficient manner.
