A national educational institution established by the United States Congress and incorporated by the State of Hawaii The East-West Center Affiliate Scholar Program provides graduate students from universities and institutions worldwide, to have a short term affiliation with the Center while working on intensive research for a thesis or dissertation related to the Asia Pacific region. The program is also an opportunity to participate in the East-West Center’s educational program and to live at the Center’s international residence hall.
