        What happens to this information?
        Tourism NT’s Content team enter and maintain NT tourism operator records in the
        Australian Tourism Data Warehouse (ATDW) database. The ATDW collects information
        from all the States and Territories, and is the tool used to display records on TravelNT.com.
        ATDW also distributes this information to other online travel websites to further promote
        your business.

        What documentation do you need to provide?
        •      Attraction Form (attached): This form discusses your Company and the Services
               and Facilities your attraction provides.
        •      Content Agreement: Once signed, this agreement acts as a statement that you have
               provided accurate information and that you give permission for Tourism NT to use your
               information and images accurately and in an appropriate manner. A signed Content
               Agreement also assures Tourism NT that you have obtained appropriate Public Liability
               Insurance.
        •      Image Authorisation Form: This form sets out the specifications for images which can
               be included with your record. It must be signed and returned with your images, to allow
               Tourism NT to use those images. There is space in most records for four images and
               a logo.


        We urge you to return these forms as soon as possible, as the sooner you submit the
        sooner your information will be available to consumers.
