  PACKAGING    DESCRIPTION
               A powerful phosphoric acid based cleaner for removing soap scum, mould and mildew, cement, latex resin
               contaminants from tiles, grout, concrete, brick, stone, slate and masonry surfaces

               FEATURES

               •    Dilute with water for normal cleaning

NO MIXING
               SPECIFICATION
               The tile and grout cleaner shall be a phosphoric acid based cleaner which does not etch or damage the surfaces
               such as Kemclean manufactured by Construction Chemicals and shall be applied in accordance with the
 APPLICATION   manufacturer’s instructions.

               TEST AREA
               Before using the product, test to ensure that the surface is not affected during cleaning.Apply a few drops in an
               inconspicuous area. Leave for 15 minutes and rinse well. Dry and examine effect.

               TILE AND GROUT CLEANING
               Saturate grout joints with water. Dilute Kemclean 50/50 with water and apply with a sponge or scrubbing brush.
               Allow to soak for 4-5 minutes and wash residue away with plenty of clean water.

               CONCRETE, BRICK, SLATE, STONE OR MASONRY AND HEAVY STAINS
               Apply Kemclean directly to the surface and scrub with a brush or broom.Allow to soak for 5-10 minutes. Scrub
               again and wash residue away with plenty of clean water.

     USES      CAUTION
               Keep out of reach of children.Avoid prolonged contact with skin.Apply in a well ventilated area.Wear gloves
               during application.Avoid prolonged exposure with porcelain surfaces. Do not use on polished marble, bronze or
               metallic surfaces.
