has been provided to the public specifying the time and place of this meeting.
The FY 2010 Annual Notice was adopted by Trenton City Council by Resolution No. 09-295 on June 18, 2009,
further amended by resolution 10- 46 adopted on January 21, 2010, and further amended by resolution 10-101
adopted on February 18, 2010. The Agenda for this meeting was faxed to the Trenton Times and the
Trentonian Newspapers, posted on the first floor bulletin board in City Hall, and filed in the City Clerk’s Office
on
