Sample Contract for Appraisal Review Services
CITY OF COUNTY CSJ HIGHWAY LIMITS The City/County, in making its request for review of appraisal reports, will expect the Reviewer to comply with all Federal, State and local laws and ordinances applicable to the appraisal reports. The Reviewer agrees that he or she will make a personal inspection of each parcel appraised. It is agreed that appraisal information concerning the property being appraised whether contained within the appraisal report to the City/County or not is to be treated as confidential and a breach of such confidence by the Reviewer, except on written authorization by the City/County or upon proper order of the court, shall be considered a material breach of this contract. The Reviewer, by signing this agreement, certifies that neither he or she nor any employee in his or her service has, directly or indirectly, any financial or personal interest in or to any tract, piece or parcel of land included within the limits of subject project, with the following exceptions:
