    Registration Policy
    Regional Continuing Education courses are offered as a shared service for ten participating school districts: Bolton, Fort Edward, Glens Falls, Granville, Hudson Falls, Lake
    George, Queensbury, South Glens Falls, Warrensburg, and Whitehall. A one-time per semester out-of-district fee of $5 will be required from residents of non-participating
    school districts. One-session workshops are exempt from the extra fee. Workforce Development program classes are also exempt from the out-of-district fee. All courses are
    subject to minimum enrollments and will be cancelled if these enrollments are not met.
    Anyone over 16 may register for Regional Continuing Education courses. In-school students may register for regional adult courses not available to them during their regular
    school day with written permission from their principal. Workforce Link classes require students to be at least 18 years old. Courses are filled in the order in which registrations
    are received. Senior citizens 60 years of age and older may attend the Regional Continuing Education classes with a 10% discount off the tuition. The discount may not apply
    to materials or books. There are no senior citizen discounts for classes listed under the Workforce Development program.
    By-mail registration is accepted on a space-available basis until four school days prior to the class starting date. Exception: craft classes where materials are provided by
    BOCES - registration is due one week in advance. Fees for all courses are due at registration. Please make checks payable to WSWHE BOCES.
    Register in-person at the Gick Road Conference Center, 27 Gick Road, Saratoga Springs, Monday through Friday, 9am–4pm and at 11 South Street, Suite 105, Glens Falls,
    Monday through Friday, 8am–3pm. Please note there is no walk-in registration at the F. Donald Myers Education Center in Saratoga Springs or the Southern Adirondack Educa-
    tion Center in Hudson Falls.


    Refund Information
    Refunds are issued according to the following criteria: 100% reimbursement for courses cancelled due to low enrollment; 90% if a written request is received 3 days prior to
    the first class. If you request a refund by mail, the postmark will serve as the date of the request. No refunds will be granted once class has begun. For further information, call
