This agreement, between the parties named on the following lines, pertains to

All parties agree to abide by the conditions set forth in this agreement. Failure to do so can result

Rent

If one roommate fails to pay his/her portion of the rent, he/she is responsible for any late
fees/charges associated.

Security Deposit
The security deposit will be split evenly among all parties and any interest earned will also be
split up equally. Each roommate is responsible for his/her share of the charges associated with
damages.

Utilities will be paid by the person named on the bill. They will give other roommates as much
notice as possible about the portion each owes.

If a bill is paid late due to the late payment of a roommate, then the late-paying roommate is
responsible for any late and/or disconnection fees.

Any roommate requesting premium cable/satellite channels that are above what is already being
ordered is responsible for paying for those channels.

Each roommate will be responsible for his/her own long distance charges.

Each roommate has the option of getting his/her own phone line installed at his/her own expense.

Furniture/Amenities
Each roommate will provide the following items for common use in the property:

Any items in common areas are considered “fair use” and can be used by anyone.

the following conditions must be met:

   3. Roommate agrees to remain responsible for his/her portion of rent and expenses until
      subletter is found.
   4. Roommate will remain on the lease and responsible for all expenses if required by
