From the front entrance of The Ash, you will look out onto landscaped gardens and
paved pathways. Inside, there is an open planned living/kitchen/meals area featuring
tiled flooring, Omega appliances, laminate bench tops and quality fittings. The meals
area looks out onto a side porch and courtyard area. The laundry is to the rear and in-
cludes a Posh stainless steel tub and cabinet. The bathroom features a tiled shower
recess with Stegbar safety glass screen, vitreous china vanity basin and toilet, mirror,
rails, cabinets and other quality fittings.

There are two carpeted bedrooms; the master bedroom has built-in robes. A spacious
carpeted study overlooks the side courtyard to the rear. All window frames are powder
coated and have insect screens. External doors have security screens. Choose between
four internal colour schemes designed by our colour consultant. External walls are of
brick and render construction. The roof has a 27.5 degree pitch and is constructed of
Colourbond steel. The under-roof garage has remote control access.
