TERMS & CONDITIONS

  The $88.00 booking fee applies to all beach wedding ceremonies. This can be paid by cash, cheque
  or credit. Cheques can be made payable to the Town of Cottesloe.
  The fee needs to be paid with the application to secure the booking. The Town of Cottesloe does not
  permit tentative bookings.
      •   Please ensure any debris and litter associated with the wedding is cleaned up after the ceremony.
      •   The use of confetti or rice is not allowed, as it constitutes an act of littering.
      •   The area you have chosen is public open space, therefore there may be other beach patrons also
          utilising this area.
      •   As parking in the Cottesloe area is at a premium, there can be no special arrangements made for
          your guests.
      •   All booking cancellations to be notified in writing at least 30 days prior to day of use, or initial
          booking fee will apply.
