     Crossroads of Western Iowa                          Mayor Skelton Shows Off Hidden Skills
   As economic times have taken a down turn
these last few years, all of us have had to
tighten our belts. Monona County is no
exception to this trend. As of July 1, 2010,
Monona County will no longer be funding

As a result of this decision, Crossroads of
Western Iowa’s work program will cease at
our Onawa location as of July 1, 2010.
   In all of this “bad news” there is ―great
news” to consider. Crossroads of Western
