Crossroads of Western Iowa Mayor Skelton Shows Off Hidden Skills
As economic times have taken a down turn
these last few years, all of us have had to
tighten our belts. Monona County is no
exception to this trend. As of July 1, 2010,

As a result of this decision, Crossroads of
Western Iowa’s work program will cease at
our Onawa location as of July 1, 2010.
In all of this “bad news” there is ―great

Iowa has an expanded program called LINKS. Over 70 people attended the Annual Onawa
