Los Angeles, CA
Los Angeles, CA
Pasadena, CA
2004 UCLA High Energy Physics Group Research with Dr. David Saltzberg’s group at CDF on a RunII B meson cross section analysis for use in the measurement of Br[Bs->µµ]. This measurement will yield tighter limits on mSUGRA parameter space, and when used in conjunction with other experimental results, such as the muon magnetic moment anamoly at BNL and cosmological data, will yield stringent limits on the possibility of Neutralino Dark Matter. 2003 UCLA High Energy Physics Group Research with Dr. David Saltzberg’s group with CDF on like-sign dilepton signature searches for exotic physics, including setting further limits on mSUGRA parameter space. 1999 - 2002 Caltech High Energy Physics Group Research with Dr. Harvey Newman’s group on development of the Compact Muon Solenoid (CMS) experiment at the LHC. Areas of work include the muon trigger system and photon reconstruction directed at detection of the diphoton Higgs decay mode. 1998 John Allman Laboratory of Neuroscience Research with Dr. John Allman at Caltech into natural image statistics with regards to distance modulation of neural activity in the visual cortex.
