This router is supposed to support commands and capabilities similar to CISCO 26xx router series. The used OS in this project is optimized version of Linux7.3 (Kernel 2.4). We tried to use available packages as much as we can. These packages vary from Linux standard tools (such as xinetd, ping, traceroute, iptable and etc) to available free network applications (such as zebra and net-snmp). The focus of my research was on preparing a minimized linux operating system, design and implementation of NAT server, and also design and implementation of VPN service. This part of my work makes the content of my bachelor project either. As a RA in that Laboratory I found good experiences in Linux programming and deep understanding of structure of Linux • 2003-Summer DPE (Dadeh Pardazan Ehdas) Ltd. Working as a system designer/programmer on Accounting System project Project Manager and Architecture designer of the Electronic Library Project • 2002-Fall – 2003-Spring System administrator of Router, Switch Laboratories I had good experiences in administration of both Linux and Windows systems and working with different tools of Linux such as cvs, xinetd, telnet, ssh, iptables, nis, nfs, and … • Programming Languages C++, Java, C#.Net, Promela, Html, JSP, ASP.Net My programming skills include working with the different tools of programming such as CBuilder, JBuilder, Intellij IDEA, .Net, and ….
