               Centric Wealth announces Board appointments
Sydney, 12 November 2007: Centric Wealth, Australia’s leading independently owned wealth
advisory firm, today announced the establishment of a new board of directors.

The announcement of the new board of directors comes ahead of the firm’s planned initial public
offering in the first half of next year. Goldman Sachs JBWere is lead managing the offering.

The Board will be comprised of Roger Davis (Chairman), Martin Bloom, David MacKenzie, Alan
Schwartz and Russel Pillemer (Non-Executive Directors), Glen Castensen, and Michael Pillemer (Joint
Chief Executive Officers). Executives Mike Dunne and John Hart have been appointed as Alternate
Directors, and will contribute specialist expertise to the Board as required.

Non-Executive Director and Chairman Roger Davis is a consulting director at Rothschild Australia
Limited and has held roles as a Managing Director at Citigroup and Group Managing Director at
Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited. He is currently a director of Macquarie Office
Management Ltd, Aristocrat Leisure Ltd, Territory Insurance Office Ltd and Trust Ltd.

Board Members
Independent Non-Executive Director and Chairman: Roger Davis - Roger is a qualified certified
practising accountant with over 25 years experience in banking and investment banking in Australia,
the United States and Japan. He is currently a consulting director at Rothschild Australia Limited and
was a Managing Director at Citigroup where he worked for over 20 years in Australia, Tokyo and New
York. Roger was more recently a Group Managing Director at Australia and New Zealand Banking
Group Limited. He is currently a director of Macquarie Office Management Ltd, Aristocrat Leisure
Ltd, Territory Insurance Office Ltd and Trust Ltd. His previous board experience includes the
chairmanship of Pengana Hedgefunds Ltd, Esanda Limited and directorships of ANZ (New Zealand)
Limited, CitiTrust and Banking Corporation in Japan and Citicorp Securities Inc. in the USA. He has a
Bachelor of Economics (Hons) degree from the University of Sydney, a Master of Philosophy degree
from Oxford and has represented Australia at Rugby.

Joint Chief Executive Officer: Glen Castensen - Glen has over 20 years experience in the wealth
management industry primarily holding positions with high levels of responsibility representing the
investment and business interests of clients. He has worked in most facets of investment markets. Glen
was a founding principal of the Berkley Group in 2000 and prior to that, he worked at Godfrey
Pembroke Financial Services Limited, BT Securities Australia Ltd and Kleinwort Benson Hattersley
Securities Ltd. Glen was Group Managing Director of Berkley Group Holdings Ltd, Berkley Group
Funds Management Ltd, Berkley Group Ltd, and Chairman of Residential-Plus Growth Company Ltd
until Berkley's merger with Centrestone Wealth Advisory Group Limited (now Centric Wealth) in July
2005.

Joint Chief Executive Officer: Michael Pillemer - Michael was a founding Director and Joint Chief
Executive Officer of Centric Wealth in 2002. With over 22 years industry experience, Michael has a
strong track record in establishing wealth management and in particular, wealth advisory businesses.
Prior to establishing Centric Wealth (formerly Centrestone Wealth Advisory Group Limited), he
established and was Managing Director of Investec Private Advisers Pty Limited as well as director for
a number of Investec Australia companies. He has also held a number of senior roles in the wealth
management industry with Tower Limited and MLC Limited. Michael holds a Master of Commerce
degree from the University of New South Wales, as well as an Honours degree in Industrial
Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts (Economics and Industrial Psychology). He has also completed the
Diploma of Financial Planning with Deakin University.

Independent Non-Executive Director: Martin Bloom - Martin spent 32 years with medium-size
accounting firm Horwath (NSW) Pty Ltd and is currently a director at Deloitte Growth Solutions Pty.
Ltd following the merger of those two firms. He has specialised in audit and corporate finance and now
practices as a forensic accountant in the field of dispute resolution. Martin held the position of
Managing Director of both Horwath (NSW) Pty Ltd and Horwath (Australia) Ltd., as well as serving
on the Boards of Barbeques Galore Ltd and Worldgroup Computer Services Ltd. He holds a PhD in
Accounting from the University of Sydney.

Independent Non-Executive Director: David MacKenzie - David has over 25 years business
experience in a variety of fields and industries, the majority of which has been spent associated with
the financial services industry. Between 1983 and 1997 he was a member of the Lend Lease
Corporation Limited / MLC Limited management where he headed the technology division for the
distribution business of MLC Limited. David is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Olympic
Proline Pty Ltd, a leading Australian golf equipment manufacturer and international wholesaler. Prior
to that, he was Executive General Manager for Strategic Planning and Marketing with Fujitsu Australia
Limited and Fujitsu New Zealand Limited. David has an EMBA from the Australian Graduate School
of Management.

Independent Non-Executive Director: Alan Schwartz - Over the past 25 years Alan has established,
managed and sold a number of successful publishing, software and services businesses. He is currently
Director of Vectis Group Pty Ltd an investor in service, software and content businesses. Alan has
held a number of senior board positions with not-for-profit organisations, including from 2000 to 2005
playing a key role in the merger of two major community organisations (Jewish Community Services
Inc. and Montefiore Homes for the Aged Inc.) creating Jewish Care Inc, of which he has served as
President. Alan was awarded a Centenary Medal in 2003 and an Order of Australia (AM) in 2007 for
his work at Jewish Care Inc., for establishing SEAL Force, and for business. Alan holds a Bachelor of
Laws (Hons) and Economics from Monash University.

Non-Executive Director: Russel Pillemer - Russel was a founding director of Centric Wealth in 2002
and Chairman from 2005 - 2007. He is currently CEO of Pengana Capital Ltd, a specialised funds
management business that he established in 2003. Prior to 2002, Russel worked in the Investment
Banking Division of Goldman Sachs & Co, in New York (where he specialised in providing advice to
funds management businesses) and in Sydney (where he was responsible for Goldman Sachs'
Australian Financial Institutions Group). He is also a Director of Australian Life Insurance Group Ltd
and Rubicor Group Ltd. Russel has a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours in Accounting and
Finance from the University of New South Wales and is a member of the Institute of Chartered
Accountants in Australia.

Alternate Director: Mike Dunne - Mike joined Centric Wealth's predecessor company, Centrestone
Wealth Advisory Group Limited at inception in July 2002 and has held the roles of Chief Operating
Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary. He is now Executive Manager. He has
worked in the financial services industry since 1983 and has extensive experience in the operational
management of financial planning businesses. Prior to joining Centric, Mike was a consultant to a
number of industry members on issues of efficiency and automation. Mike was Head of Retail
Planning and Operations at ipac Securities Ltd, where he was responsible for all aspects of operational
delivery to retail clients and businesses with funds under management in excess of $3 billion. Prior to
1998, Mike was Managing Director of Assure Services & Technology Limited, a supplier of
administration services to the financial planning industry. Mike has a Bachelor of Science with First
Class Honours in Pure Mathematics from Macquarie University.

Alternate Director: John Hart - John was Chief Executive Officer of Halliday Financial Group prior
to its merger with Centric Wealth in 2007. He is now National Head of Financial Planning with Centric
Wealth. Prior to this he spent many years at Ernst and Young where as a partner, he built the pre-
eminent tax advisory business servicing major private banks and their clients. John is a legal
practitioner and holds a B.A from Macquarie University, a B.Leg St from Macquarie University and a
M.Comm from University of New South Wales. John is a Fellow of the Tax Institute of Australia.
