Terms and Conditions for Cisco 802.11n Wireless Limited-Time Offer for Educational Institutions
1. Offer is available only to United States end customers who are educational institutions.
2. Educational institutions are defined as K-12 and Higher Education teaching institutions, public or private, that offer a
qualified educational certification or degree.
3. Offer is available to Cisco resellers, registered or higher, who are purchasing the promotional products included in
this offer through United States distributors.
4. For fastest processing, Cisco partners using this promotion should submit a purchase order to their distributor with
the educational institution listed as the “End Customer Name.”
5. This promotion cannot be combined with any other price deviations, program, or promotion. The only exception is
the Value Incentive Program (VIP).
6. Distributors are required to abide by the claiming rules defined in the Distribution Price Deviation Guidelines
document. Any Cisco-stipulated certification, installation, or training requirements necessary for the reseller to attain
prior to purchase for Resale of Products and Services shall remain in effect. Promotions for such Products or Services
do not negate such requirements.
7. The incremental discount provided to partners is built into the Deviation Authorization Request Tool (DART) system.
