Responsibilities:
The Inside Sales Associate is the Customer liaison for RTS concerning marketing/lead
generation, customer account management, proposal development/follow-up and customer event
coordination. This includes: coordination with his/her National Account Managers and all internal
departments to understand and communicate the transaction details; identifying customer
requirements internally while relaying RTS processes and procedures to customers and
spearheads issue resolution and appropriately sets customer expectations.

This position is also responsible for lease and supply transaction processing, gathering customer
requirements for accurate representation within CRM. This includes representing transaction
progress to customer, National Account Manager and internal weekly update meetings. This
position is responsible for ongoing customer contact, insuring document receipt/return and overall
customer satisfaction and coordination of all remarketing efforts within their customer base.

Under minimal direction, the Inside Sales Associate also provides sales/administrative support
which includes but is not limited to: Sales support and coordination, CRM application processing,
customer support, sales management and customer specific report processing. In addition if
required for support to his/her National Account Managers, handles travel arrangements,
expense reports, commissions and other various sales quota and performance management
reports.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Knowledge of Customer Sales process and Equipment Leasing/Supply industry a plus
Strong customer service skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Accuracy, attention to detail and aptitude with numbers
Basic understanding of different technologies
Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Experience:
4+ year’s exp in a sales support and/or customer service oriented inside sales role
Experience in a field sales office a plus
Equipment Leasing and Supply industry experience a plus

Education:
High school graduate
Some college courses in business administration preferred
