							        Effective immediately DK-Audio A/S is introducing a RMA system
        for all products to be returned to the company, whether for
        repair, modification/calibration or any other reason.

        This has become necessary for the logistics of our service depart-
        ment and to maintain a speedy turn-around time for repairs and
        modifications/calibrations of all DK-Audio and PTV products. At
        this time our standard turn-around time is 5-10 working days for
        products repairs, and only very few instances take longer. In fact,
        quite a few take less time.

        To return a unit to DK-Audio you must follow the procedure
        below:

        1. Request a RMA form: Call +45 44 85 02 55 or e-mail
           service@dk-audio.com
        2. Get the form by fax or e-mail
        3. Fill out the form completely
        4. Submit it by fax +45 44 85 02 50 or e-mail
           service@dk-audio.com

        It is important that all * marked fields are filled out, and a
        detailed fault description entered.

        Once you have received the RMA form back with an RMA num-
        ber, you may ship the goods to us including the RMA form. All
        return freights must be paid by you, and we will refuse to accept
        returned goods that arrives freight unpaid.

        Those of our customers adhering fully to the new RMA system
        will always receive first priority. That way they get the shortest
        repair times, and they avoid the risk of receiving their units back
        without repair, something which might happen without a proper
        RMA authorization.
