4 All gas and/or charcoal grills must be used 6' away from any structure and not

5 Hot water heaters must have a blow off tube that extends to 8" above the floor and
run to nearby drain or sump
6 Class ABC fire extinquishers must be permanently attached to a wall,
no higher than 5 ft, in vicinity of any stove, near outside door and inspected
7 Electrical systems must be safe and compatible with their use
8 Switch plate covers, cords, etc. in good condition
9 CFCI in bathrooms and kitchen
10 Sump pumps may not discharge into the sewer line or affect any surrounding
11 Property must be delivered clean: cabinets, refrigerator, sinks, bathrooms, floors
cleaned and sanitized
12 Furniture removed unless agreed upon
13 Tenant needs to return premises broom clean
