Terms and Conditions The Intra-government Mail Exchange Service will be in accordance with arrangements approved by the Victorian Government Purchasing Board (VGPB) on 1 January 2003 and under the terms and conditions of the agreement the contractor has executed with the VGPB. 4. Method for Lodgement of Offers The offer may be lodged electronically by e-mail or in hard copy. Faxed or mailed offers are discouraged and will only be accepted by special prior arrangement. Each offer must quote the departmental RFQ number nominated above. Each e-mail must be sent to two departmental addressees; (a) to the Department Mailroom Manager, and (d) the person nominated in the RFQ. 5. Formalities of Engagement Toll Priority engagement will be formalised by the issue of a [name of department] Purchase Order, as prescribed in the VGPB agreement. 7.
