Alvin Yap,    is the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of A.D. CAPITAL
SDN BHD, an independent licensed Financial Planning Firm by Securities Commission
Malaysia. He has 14 years of vast experience in Personal and Corporate Risk
Management in the Financial Sector. Graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Engineering
from the Curtin University of Perth, Australia, he has also obtained Chartered Life
Practitioner (ChLP) specializing in Estate Planning and Risk Management, Fellow
Chartered Financial Practitioner (FChFP) and the Registered Financial Planner (RFP) by
Malaysian Financial Planning Council (MFPC).

With his latest conferment…. Master of Science in Financial Planning (MSc.FP) from
Phoenix International University of New Zealand, he is a qualified and licensed
practicing Financial Planner by Securities Commission Malaysia. He has spoken at
various platforms on the subject of Financial Planning and has conducted workshops
and seminars for public, companies and association. His expertise covers wide spectrum
of Financial Planning, which includes Personal Financial Planning and Investment
Planning. His forte further developed in areas of Practice Management for Estate
Planning.

A strong believer in Preservation first, Accumulation second and Distribution last is the
best strategy and remedy for individual who has high complex wealth situation. His
practice in Estate Planning, further acquire him wealth of experience and flair in
Business Succession Planning, which has always been his favourite and most
challenging practice.

Profile - Chua Poh Eng, CA(M), ACMA

Mr. Chua Poh Eng was appointed as an Associate Director and Head of
Investment Advisory Division of A.D. CAPITAL SDN BHD, an
independent Licensed Financial and Investment Adviser with both Securities
Commission and Bank Negara Malaysia. A Chartered Accountant by
profession, he is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of
Management Accountants (CIMA), United Kingdom and a member of the
Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA). Prior to joining A.D. CAPITAL,
he has more than 15 years experience in the field of finance, accounting and
auditing. Having sat in the Board of several Private Limited Companies, his
experience in Corporate Finance and Treasury duties has earned him the
competency and experience in Capital Market sector in Malaysia.

Nordin Manan, is a Partner, Principal Consultant and Head of Islamic Division of A.D.
CAPITAL SDN BHD, an independent Licensed Financial Planning firm by Securities
Commission. He is a Chartered Accountant (CA) and a member of the Malaysian
Institute of Accountant. He has 30 years exposure in the corporate world and financial
services industry. In recent years he has developed a practice in Estate Planning based
on Muslim and Syariah compliance perspectives.

He has been conferred Certified Financial Planner (CFP) by the Financial Planning
Association Malaysia (FPAM) and Registered Financial Planner by Malaysian Financial
Planning Council (MFPC). His practice management expertise covers a wide spectrum
of personal financial planning skills and practices.

He has helped many individuals to structure their Wealth Succession Plans via the
methodology of Preservation, Accumulation and Distribution for his client’s Estate. A
qualified and competent Islamic Estate Planner, he has dedicated his practice to
Muslim with the ultimate objective of ensuring their family members are well
protected and that the family wealth is further preserved, accumulated and passed on
from generation to generation.

LORRAINE K. KIJVANIT

Lorraine Kijvanit is a Senior Partner, Principal Consultant and Head of Tax
Division in A.D. CAPITAL SDN BHD, an independent Licensed Financial
Planning firm by Securities Commission Malaysia. A qualified and licensed
practicing Financial Planner by the Securities Commission Malaysia, she was a
former Managing Consultant in the Executive Tax Services division of
PricewaterhouseCoopers, Penang. She has over 17 years of vast experience in
advising large multinationals as well as local corporate and individual clients on
tax matters such as tax compliance, International Assignment Management and
International Assignment Solutions. A member of the Australian Society of
Certified Practicing Accountants, she has also been conferred a Certified
Financial Planner (CFP) by Financial Planning Association of Malaysia (FPAM), a
Registered Financial Planner (RFP) by Malaysian Financial Planning Council
(MFPC) and a Registered Financial Consultant (RFC) by the International
Association Registered Financial Consultant (IARFC). Her work experiences
include preparation and submission of tax returns and computations to the
Inland Revenue Board; advising on inbound and outbound investments; cross-
border investment structuring, real property transactions; withholding tax;
company restructuring and tax advisory; investment incentives; tax
considerations in a merger and acquisition exercise; application for
manufacturing licenses and dealings with regulatory authorities on tax
incentives and establishment of new business start-ups.
