– Order Form – 2008 Tax Form Formatting and Processing Service
Tax time is quickly approaching, and your digital document partner, NEPS LLC, is ready to help you format and print your W-2 and 1099 data for the 2008 tax year. This year, we are offering new, easy-to-use options to support your tax forms processing: Option 1: For our customers whose tax form processing is covered under their maintenance policy Please provide us with your tax data and, in return, NEPS will provide you with a fully-rendered, ready-to-print PDF file(s) with your tax forms formatted for your selected blank stock. NEPS will deliver the PDF(s) via secure ftp, or you may order an optional, encrypted CD with your forms on it. Also, for customers who wish to take advantage of portal-based, self-service presentment (e.g., users of Lawson ESS), we can provide individual, name-indexed PDFs for you to load to your system.
Non-maintenance customers also may take advantage of the convenience and ease of this option – simply contact your sales representative for pricing!
Options 2 and 3: For our customers whose tax form processing will be a billable service (non-maintenance) Option 2: If you are a Lawson customer, we can provide you with EZPrint, a one-time, tax form printing software package that prints your forms on your equipment, at your convenience. Option 3: Alternatively, or if you are a non-Lawson customer, we can provide you with your own templates for W-2, 1099, or any other yearend tax form, and you can apply those forms to your existing NEPS Net30™ installation. January will be here before you know it. So whichever option you choose, the time to get started is NOW. Deadlines
To ensure the smooth formatting and processing of your tax forms, it is important that you provide your tax form selections and data as soon as possible, and no later than January 9, 2009. Orders and sample data files received after January 9, 2009 cannot be guaranteed for January 28, 2009 delivery. In such case, NEPS will make every effort to turn your tax forms around as quickly as possible. NEPS anticipates January 28 as the delivery date for all forms. If you require an earlier delivery, please contact your NEPS sales professional well in advance to determine if expedited service is available and what the cost will be. Naturally, please be sure to turn in your data early as well.
Please note: Lawson customers must apply the Annual Cyclical update before submitting the data sample to NEPS.
Data File Handling
Final data files must be provided for each form being produced, and each file must be created after year-end processing is complete and all annual patches and updates are applied. NEPS will provide each customer a unique, secure FTP site for you to upload your data. You may encrypt your data by any means, but decryption tools/software must be made available, by you, to the NEPS Tax Forms team.
Order Information
All requests are processed in the order they are received. We will process your order based on your selections on the next page. Please be sure to mark them on this letter form and submit your selection, with the form enclosed, via email at EPSTax2008@neps.com or fax at (603) 314-5699, Attn: Joanne M. Dickie. Upon receipt of your order and data files, NEPS Enabled Print Solutions team will create your tax file(s). Once complete, the files and instructions will be sent via email/CD/Secure FTP to your designated technical contact. For guaranteed ontime delivery, order information and sample data files need to be received by the end of business on Monday January 9, 2009. NEPS solutions print on blank stock, as opposed to pre-printed forms. Blank stock eliminates the waste and obsolescence associated with the use of outdated forms and eliminates the tedious task of printer registration to ensure the preprinted forms appropriately line up with the printer. Please order your stock early, and order enough to send us samples of all you intend to use.
