To Apply for a Mennonite Financial Card:
1. Membership in the credit union is the first step in securing a Mennonite Financial Visa credit card. If you are not currently a member, please contact one of our offices for a membership application. If you are a member of the credit union, follow the instructions below. 2. Complete and sign the “applicant” portion to apply for a credit card in your name only. 3. To apply for a joint account, complete and sign the “applicant” portion and have the joint owner complete and sign the “co-applicant” portion. Both applicant and co-applicant must be members of Mennonite Financial, and both assume responsibility for any charges made to the account. 4. If you want to authorize someone else to use your VISA credit card, have the person complete the “authorized user” section. This person need not be a member of Mennonite Financial. Note that both you and the co-applicant are responsible for the charges made by this authorized user. 5. If you wish to have Mennonite Financial payoff other creditors, mark that you are looking to refinance other credit cards. A loan officer will contact you to setup the payoffs. 6.
