Notice of Certain Operating Cost Adjustment Factors for 2010.
This notice establishes, for 2010, operating cost adjustment factors (OCAFs). OCAFs are annual
factors used to adjust Section 8 rents renewed under section 524 of the Multifamily Assisted
Housing Reform and Affordability Act of 1997 (MAHRA).
These OCAFs are effective as of February 11, 2010. The FY 2010 OCAF for Iowa is 6.0%.
