Dear Sir/Madam, We are the publishers of the Polish Business Directory USA, a “yellow pages” type of publication advertising businesses which target Polish communities from east to west coast. There are over 9 million Americans of Polish heritage, it is the sixth largest ethnic group in the United States. A large segment of this population has immigrated to America in the last 25 years. Knowing the preferences and needs of our community and the relative lack of your competitors advertising in the directory, we strongly feel that placing an ad in it (in English or in Polish) would give you an opportunity to make your company a household name in our community. You don’t need to know Polish to benefit from your ad as most Polish Americans speak English fluently. By placing your ad in our directory you gain preferential access to the whole community, because it is the directory that people turn to first when searching for information. Our company, Master Printing Inc., has been publishing the Polish Business Directory since 1986. Currently we have three editions: USA, Canada and Greater Toronto Area with a total of more than 1 000 pages and 1 800 advertisers. The eight edition of the USA directory will be published in January of 2009 in 50,000 copies. It will be distributed in at least 20 states in cities with a sizeable Polish-American population. The Directory is divided into two separate sections: East and West each of them divided by represented states and containing advertisements of companies and professionals and useful information about each state and United States in general. The Directory is distributed free of charge through all of our advertisers i.e. stores, travel agencies, medical offices, churches, organizations, social clubs etc. from East to West coast in numbers proportional to the size of the local Polish community and the number of advertisers. Besides the printed edition, we also have an online edition at www.polishbusinessdirectory.com and all of the printed ads are featured in it as well as on another website www.poloniabiznes.com which features Polish owned companies from around the world. We offer advertising in both print and online editions as a package. Enclosed is our current print and Internet price list and the ad size sampler. The deadline for print ad placement in the 2009 edition is October 31st, but the earlier you order the ad, the lower the price and the earlier it will be on the Internet. Only if they do not, the page is offered for sale on the first come, first serve basis. • Cancellation of ad online can be done in any moment during the year but the month that has already started and next month have to be paid in full. • Cancellation of printed ad can be done until October 1, after this date no cancellations will be accepted. 15% of original price will be charged for design/administration. • Duration of online advertising is for 12 months from start date (on order form) unless specified otherwise.
