When my wife Kathy and I went to the San Juan Marriott for our 26th anniversary, Chef Cesare of Ristorante Tuscany served the Valentine’s menu a day early – just for us. The staff there is incredible – it’s the warm service that sets Marriott apart, everywhere. When we stayed in New York for Father’s Day, the clerk gave us a room with a Central Park view; when we went to Montréal to celebrate my daughter’s junior high graduation, the staff helped us find the best things to do – like going white-water rafting on the Saint Lawrence River.” Favorite discoveries: “In Puerto Rico, it was Vega Baja – an idyllic secluded cove. In St. Thomas, it was Magens Bay. And at Frenchman’s Reef resort, we loved the romantic view of the harbor ... ships sailing in, and turquoise-clear water that looks like glass.” About Marriott Rewards: “It’s the best rewards program in the business.
