   Dot VN, Inc. Appoints Mike Weller Chief Information Officer, EVP
SAN DIEGO, CALIFORNIA – November 2, 2007, Dot VN, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Dot
VN” or the “Company”) (, (NQB Pink Sheets: DTVI), an Internet and
Telecommunications Company and the official global domain name registrar (www.VN) for the
Country of Vietnam, announced that the Company has engaged Mike Weller as the Company’s
Chief Information Officer and Executive Vice President of Internet Data Center Management.
Mr. Weller, with an extensive background in directing global operations and information
technology organizations, will be responsible for overseeing all aspects relating to the design,
construction and operation of Vietnam’s Internet Data Centers (“IDC”). He will be working
closely with our technology partner, Cerelink, Inc. (“Cerelink”), and other strategic collaborators,
such as Intel, Inc. (“Intel”), and Global Infrastructure, LLC (“Global”). Further, Mr. Weller will
work with the Company in setting up supporting technology and facility infrastructure, global
networks, information security and software development.

Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Weller was a Senior Vice President, Technology for Citigroup,
based out of New York, and before that was with Edward Jones Investments, Bunzl USA and
IBM Global Services, based out of St. Louis, Missouri. Mr. Weller is also the President and co-
owner of Global Infrastructure, LLC, one of Dot VN’s strategic partners.

In addition, Mr. Weller is currently a two-term elected official serving as a City Councilman for
the City of St. Charles, Missouri.

experience, and working relationships with various technology companies will assist us in
negotiating the acquisition of hardware and software to power our world-class Data Centers.”
