                      Program Information

Free Inner –City Camps
The Hoops All-Stars Community Fund operates free inner-city camps through
its community fund. Since 2005 Hoops All-Stars has run 21 free week-long
camps. In 2010, Hoops All-Stars is scheduled to run 9 camps throughout the
GTA free of charge for 400 inner city youth.

In addition to providing free inner city camps, the Hoops All-Stars Community
Fund provides full and partial subsidies to fee based camps, ensuring all
children have access to the Hoops All-Stars program regardless of financial
circumstances. Since 2004 over 150 families have used the Community Fund to
attend the camp.

Hoops All-Stars has worked with the following community charities to provide
camps: Untied Way, Big Brothers and Big Sisters, Urban Promise, and Youth
Link.

                      Program Information

Background
The Hoops All-Stars program is a recreational and non-competitive basketball
camp for boys & girls ages 7-13 to learn teamwork, sportsmanship and fair play
while playing basketball. Hoops All-Stars has had several special guests
including: NBA ALL-STAR, Jamaal Magloire, M.P. Michelle Simson
(Scarborough Southwest) and Chuck Swirsky, the voice of the Toronto Raptors.

Program Highlights
     500+ participants 2009
     6 FREE inner city camps in 2009 (9 scheduled for 2010)
     Multiple GTA locations: Toronto, Oakville, Mississauga, Milton
     Boys and Girls ages 7-13
     Weekly Camp: Monday to Friday 9 am – 4 pm
     Camp Guests: NBA ALL-STAR Jamaal Magloire & Chuck Swirsky
      Toronto Raptors announcer and media personality
     Media coverage: Sportsnet TV Report, Scarbourgh Mirror Cover Story

below.

Hoops All-Stars is ideally matched to youth and family targeted products,
