SELF-GUIDED TOURS
This is a self-directed tour without a docent. To ensure the best possible educational experience, the museum will welcome
up to 100 students per hour with one adult chaperone for every 10 students. Self-guided groups may be asked to yield to
tours conducted by museum tour guides.

CONFIRMATION
You will receive your reservation confirmation and guidelines for making the most of your museum visit by mail. We ask
that you review this information thoroughly and share it with all participating teachers and chaperones. A docent will call
you to discuss your guided tour one to two weeks in advance of your scheduled tour date.

CANCELLATIONS
if your school group needs to cancel its field trip, please call (612) 870-3140 as soon as possible so that we may accommodate
other groups. Leave your school name, tour date, and tour time in your message. Thank you.
