This Contract for Sale of Animals is made between a seller, and buyer, whereby the
buyer purchases from the seller certain animals for a specified amount of consideration.
The contract provides that the animals being sold by the seller will be checked by a
veterinarian prior to sale. The contract includes the terms and conditions of the sale.
This contract contains both standard clauses, and opportunities for the use of optional
terms and conditions, making it fully customizable to fit the needs of the contracting
parties. Use this document to ensure that the sale or purchase of animals goes
smoothly, and that there is a legally binding record of the transaction.
CONTRACT FOR SALE OF ANIMALS BY BREEDER
THIS AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), made this _____ day of ___________, 2____,

Animals by the Vendor to the Purchaser, the Animals will have been examined by a
veterinarian doctor in good standing and such veterinarian doctor shall provide a
certificate or such other evidence of the Animals being in good health.
4. Upon delivery of the Animals to the Purchaser, the Purchaser shall have ______ (___)
