Origin:          Crookwell, Great Diving Range, NSW Australia. .

Variety:         100% Australian grown Tuscan olive varieties including Frantoio
                 and Leccino. First cold pressed.

Style:           Delicate – mild flavoured fruit characters with subtle pungency.

Organoleptic Profile:

                 Delicate floral and ripe fruit aromas. Ripe fruit and soft grassy characters
                 on the palate matched with mild bitterness and pungency, and a fresh
                 clean finish.

Analysis:        Free Fatty Acid <0.2%     (IOC* limit < 0.8%)

                 Peroxide Value <12        (IOC*limit < 20)

Product Description:

                 Traditional Tuscan olive varieties, including Frantoio and Leccino, are
                 grown at selected high altitude cool climate groves located on the
                 western foothills of Australia’s Great Dividing Range, unique conditions,
                 which create exceptional quality Extra Virgin oils.

                 ALTO Delicate Extra Virgin olive oil provides a subtle fruitiness and mild
                 olive flavour when combined with other ingredients. Perfect for grilling
                 fish and seafood, poultry, and in dressings, dips and sauces. Use to
                 make delicious creamy mayonnaise or aioli, in Mediterranean dips such
                 as hummus, or drizzle liberally over soft curd cheese.

                 ALTO Extra Virgin olive oils are rich in polyphenols and antioxidants.
