                                                       Ages 15 & 16

                                      IMPORTANT YOUTH CAMP INFORMATION
1. All campers must pre-register. Please send one CHURCH CHECK to cover all registrations from your church
   (personal checks will not be accepted)
2. Pre-REGISTRATION FEE - $75 (received 14 days prior to the first day of camp)
3. Late-REGISTRATION FEE - $100 (received prior to the first day of camp)
4. Campers will only be allowed to attend the camp of their age group.
5. Registration will be limited in each camp to the number of beds available on a first come basis.
6. SIGNATURES. Each application must be signed by the camper, their parent or guardian, and their U. P. C. I. pastor.
   (If the camper’s pastor is not affiliated with the U. P. C. I. then the presbyter of their section must sign the application.
7. REFUND POLICY. No refunds will be granted.
8. Check-In Time is 12:00 PM on Sunday. Camp ends at 1:00 PM on Friday.

                                                     CONDUCT CODE
1. Campers found guilty of theft or malicious damage to any articles by confession or evidence shall forfeit all rights and
   must leave the grounds within 12 hours. The responsible party must make restitution for any damages.
2. All vehicle keys must be turned in to the office upon arrival, and the camper cannot use the vehicle during camp.
3. No registered camper shall leave the grounds for the duration of the camp except in an emergency. Once a camper
   has checked out they may not return to the campgrounds.
4. No tape players, CD players, radios or any other device that plays music shall be permitted at any time.
5. No firecrackers, smoke bombs, or any other fireworks shall be permitted at any time.

                                                    CAMPERS PLEDGE
1.   I PLEDGE to respect and obey my camp staff and workers at all times.
2.   I PLEDGE to not have any physical contact of any kind with the opposite sex.
3.   I PLEDGE to honor and cooperate with camp personnel relative to any disciplinary action.
4.   I PLEDGE to respect all camp property and to be responsible for any damage due to my negligence or misconduct.
5.   I PLEDGE to stay in the area assigned by dormitory supervisors.
6.   I PLEDGE to attend all functions.

                                                       DRESS CODE
GIRLS: Clothes should be modest in fashion and fit. Sleeves should be of modest length. Dresses or blouses with a low
cut front or back will not be allowed. Pantsuits and miniskirts will not be allowed. Dress length MUST be to the knee. No
make-up or jewelry will be allowed.

BOYS: Hair must be above the collar and may not cover the ears. Clothes should be modest in fashion and fit. No
sleeveless shirts, shorts, or jewelry will be allowed.

                                                           NOTICE
Registration fees cover the cost of meals and lodging while attending the camp. Rules for acceptance and participation in
the camp are the same for everyone regardless of race, color, national origin, or pastor.
