Royal Air Maroc Becomes Sponsor and Official Airline for U.S. Delegates Traveling to the
         Africa Travel Association’s 35th Annual World Congress in The Gambia

NEW YORK, April 15, 2010 – The Africa Travel Association (ATA) announced today that Royal
Air Morac (RAM) is the official airline of the travel trade association’s upcoming Annual World
Congress, to be held from May 17-20, 2010 at the Sheraton Gambia Hotel Resort & Spa in The
Gambia in West Africa

As a sponsor and official congress airline for U.S. delegates, Air Maroc offers special flight
rates on a first-come, first serve basis, beginning at $713 (plus tax) for roundtrip airfare from
New York, USA to Banjul, The Gambia via Casablanca, Morocco.

35th Annual World Congress: Discover Africa’s Genuine Warmth

ATA’s annual hallmark event will be attended by African tourism ministers and industry experts
representing tourism boards, travel agencies, ground operator companies, airlines and
hotels. Participants from the travel trade media and the corporate, non profit and
academic sectors are also expected to attend.

The four-day congress will engage delegates in discussion on a range of industry topics, such
as public-private sector partnership, marketing and promotion, industry trends, niche markets,
heritage travel, and social media. ATA member countries will organize a few evening networking
receptions and ATA’s Young Professionals Network will meet with local hospitality professionals
and students. For the second year, the congress will include a marketplace for buyers and
sellers specializing in Destination Africa. Delegates will also have the opportunity to explore the
country on pre or post congress trips as well as on the Host Country Day.
