Plasti-Fab Ltd. calls special meeting of shareholders

Plasti-Fab Ltd. announces that it has called a meeting of its shareholders
for December 28, 1995 to consider and pass a resolution that would
change the name of the corporation to PFB Corporation.

Following the name change to PFB Corporation, the Company plans to
operate two separate divisions of the company. The expanded polystyrene
foam insulation and construction products business will be operated as
Plasti-Fab, Division of PFB Corporation. The growing custom
shapemoulding and automotive parts business will be operated under the
name Morval, Division of PFB Corporation.

PlastiFab Ltd. is a national manufacturer of construction materials and
custom moulded products, for the automotive and other industries, made
from expandable plastic resins. Common shares trade under the symbol
PFB on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
