                                  Dr Lauchangco has been hired to set up and manage
                                  American Academy of Medical Transcription
                                  (AAMT) in 2003. She is responsible for the day to day
                                  operation of the institution as well as its business
                                  development and positioning in the industry. Prior to
                                  joining AAMT, Dr. Lauchangco worked as an Executive
                                  Vice President and Manager of Transcribe Asia, Inc.,
                                  a medical transcription service and training provider.
                                  She was also the president and founder of Delta Dental
                                  Philippines, the first     dental health care provider
                                  organizations in the Philippines.       In the Medical
                                  Transcription Industry, she is one of the industry
experts who worked on the creation of competency standard, curriculum examplar and
training regulation for medical transcription training program for TESDA.

Dr. Josefina V. Lauchangco is a graduate of doctor of dental medicine from University
of the East Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Medical Center ( UERMMMC).
