Initial Activation Orders distributed at UK Launch
• Orders must be entered prior to 1:00pm PST or 9:00pm GMT on Wednesday, January 28th, 2009 • Any orders received after 1:00pm PST or 9:00pm GMT on Wednesday, January 28th, 2009 will be shipped from MXI UK warehouse located in Birmingham.
– Customers/Associates may only pick up their own orders from the UK Launch event, orders not picked up will be shipped out on Monday

Pre-Launch Enrollees
