					                           Printing Progress Reports in SIS-K12

1) Homepage -->Reports Menu Bar -->Select: Student Data Grids and Groupings




  In the HOME ROOM, click on the left icon (it says “Display Roster” when you stop on it)


2) Actions Menu -->Reports --> Grade Book Progress Report

3) Assignment Selection Window - Select "Term 1" and Check "Type"



                                                          Set this to term you want to show.




                                                                      Make checks in
                                                                      the boxed where
                                                                      the arrows point.




When all is set, click on “Start Report”.

4) Progress Report Options - Check Notes, Assignment Date, Percent, etc.



                                                                           Put a check wherever
                                                                           there is an arrow. Fill
                                                                           in the line that says,
                                                                           “To the parents of”.




                                                                            When finished,
                                                                            click
                                                                            “Start Report”

Yield: A three or four page Grade book summary & assignment
report for each student that includes all Grade book courses.




**To print a progress report for only one student:

                                                       Click THIS ONE. It says,
                                                       “Add 1+ Students . . .”
                                                       when you stop on it.




                 Then put in the student’s name (first or last in the appropriate box) and click on
                 “Find By Enrollment”, then proceed on from #3 above.
