As a new Euphoria Licensee, please take the time to read all the available information. We have worked hard to put this together for your convenience, benefit and success. Most importantly please check out all the departments particularly recipes, customer service, training, marketing and operations related information to ensure a successful start up of your Euphoria store. o First and foremost start with the Euphoria Intranet or the New Licensee Starter CD – Read and view all departments in details to get a good overview of the business o Fully familiarize yourself with Euphoria Intranet, Online Ordering, Euphoria Menu, Daily Minimum Sales Target, Euphoria Products, 3rd Party Retail Products You Will Carry In Your Store o Learn about all aspects of the smoothie & juice bar business via the Euphoria Intranet o Find the Best Site Location o Analyze Possible site locations for Viability (are there any SubWay, Quiznos or Mr. Sub in the area? Are there any businesses, schools, gyms, universities in the area?) Do you have enough parking? Sign visibility? o Learn to Negotiate the Best Lease
