The Sixth Triennial Symposium on Transportation Analysis (TRISTAN) is an
international scientific conference that provides a high quality forum for the
presentation of mathematical models, methodologies and computational results,
and for the exchange of ideas and scientific discussions on advanced applications
and technologies in transportation.

A special issue of Transportmetrica (http://www.transportmetrica.org/)1 with
Selected papers from the Triennial Symposium on Transportation Analysis
(TRISTAN) within the field of Traffic Assignment and route choice. Papers are
primarily considered within the following fields;

    • Traffic assignment and equilibrium models
    • Route choice models
    • Methods for route choice set generation
    • Linking traffic assignment and optimization models
    • Domain specific assignment models for e.g. road pricing, congestion and
spillback, public transport, pedestrian flows, air traffic assignment

As your extended abstract has been pre-selected for presentation during the
conference, we thought you may be interested in submitting the full paper for
possible publication in the special issue.

Paper Submission
Papers should be submitted directly to the editor of the Special Issue, Otto Anker
Nielsen, oan@ctt.dtu.dk following the Transportmetrica Style of Manuscript (refer to
