                         Kling Brings New Leadership to the Washington, DC, Office
                         The Firm Selects Pascal D. Pittman, AIA, as Principal, Managing Director


                         WASHINGTON, dC – October 17, 2006 – Kling, one of the nation’s leading architecture, engineering, interiors,
                         and planning firms, is pleased to announce the selection of Pascal d. Pittman, AIA as Principal, Managing
                         director of the Washington, dC, office. Mr. Pittman has more than twenty-five years of experience working
                         as an architect in the Washington, dC, area for government and private-sector clients. He has an established
                         reputation, locally and internationally, for being able to articulate complex issues in a comprehensible, unbiased
                         manner, resulting in a sense of trust and confidence in the Architect / Client relationship. Areas of expertise
                         include work in the secure and intelligence marketplace, contract evaluation, project management, construction
                         administration, and client relations.


                         Mr. Pittman will be responsible for meeting the needs of Kling’s clients in the Washington, dC, Metropolitan
                         area, including Virginia, Maryland, and the extended National Capital Region. “We look forward to expanding
                         our work within the Washington, dC, region and gaining new and challenging design assignments under his
