Terms and Conditions:
1. Electricity and Telephone connections are available at an additional charge of $50 and $110
respectively. Food vendors need one day License from Gwinnet Health Department which shall be
obtained ahead of the event. Please contact the organizers about your needs at the time of
reserving your booth.

2. Exhibition hours are - Saturday Aug 16th 2008, from 9.00 a.m. to 7 p.m.
        Booth Set up time is: 12.00-6.00 p.m. on Friday, August 15, 2008

3. Neither IACA nor the Gwinnett Civic Center shall be responsible for the loss or damage
occurring to the exhibits from any cause. If insurance is desired it must be obtained by the
exhibitor. The Festival of India organizers- IACA and other participating organizations, their
officers and staff members disclaim any and all liability for damages or losses caused to any
exhibitor by an act of god, or by fire, water, flood, windstorm, utility failures, rodents, acts of
vandalism, insurrection, civil disorder strikes, criminal act or theft. Festival of India organizers
will not be responsible for any failure of electric or other services.

4. No nails or screws may be driven into the floor. No damage of any nature may be done to the
booth structure or to any part of the exhibit hall. Exhibitor warrants against structural damages,
and shall be held responsible for damage to individual exhibit area, and agrees to indemnify the
Festival of India organizers for any such damage.

5. No open flames are allowed. All exhibitors must adhere to the local fire department
regulations. All wiring must meet specifications. Each exhibitor is charged with the knowledge and
compliance of all laws, ordinances and regulations pertaining to health, fire prevention and public
safety while participating in the festival.

6. Exhibitor is responsible for obtaining the necessary business license and collecting local and
state sales taxes during the festival.

7. Each booth vendor will receive 4 free entry tickets.

8. All food booths are expected to publish and display their prices before 9.00 a.m. Food prices
shall not be increased during the operating hours.
