					                   RULES & REGULATIONS
Southern Development Foundation (SDF) requires strict observance of rules and regulations listed below. Any
vendor that does not comply with the Festival’s regulations may stand a chance on not being invited to participate in
the future.

            Safety First in and around Booth Areas.
            Vendors’ Gates Open @ 7:00 am, Saturday, September 5, 2009.
            Vendors are welcome to set up Friday, September 4th, however, please note “NO SECURITY” and
             SDF is not liable for Vendor’s Property.
            SDF is not responsible for any booth items.
            SDF will provide electricity to booth; (2) outlets at each booth.
            SDF will provide (2) Parking Permits for vehicles & (4) passes for workers.
            Only one movable vehicle allowed to be parked behind the booth, without prior approval.
            Additional workers will purchase additional tickets at admission gate prices.
            No open flame Bar-B-Que pits will be allowed outside of restricted vendor’s area.
            All vendors’ booth must be set-up by 10:00 a.m., Saturday, September 5th; vendor’s gate will be
             locked up at 10:00 a.m.
            Festival schedule for Saturday, September 5 starts at 10:30 a.m until 12:30 p.m..

232-7672. I look forward to a productive working relationship for the 2009 27th Annual Zydeco Music Festival.

BAND, ADDITIONAL TICKETS AND PARKING PERMITS.
