between these times. Please feel free to contact us should you experience any problems with your pay.
Please ask one of your colleagues or Manager for the telephone number or email address of the relevant Payroll

available please use Extension 5951 and they will direct your call to the relevant person.
If you have a need to contact payroll either by phone, email or in writing you must quote your Employee/Assignment

The deadline for you to submit your timesheets to Payroll for payment is the 8 of each month. Timesheets must have
your correct Employee/Assignment number on (see payslip) and be the originals and authorised before they are sent
to Payroll. Any incorrectly completed timesheets etc will be returned for correction, which could result in Payment
being delayed.
Payday is the last working day of the month and you are paid 1/12 of your Annual Salary.
Payment for part of a month is calculated based on the number of days in that particular month, that is your monthly
salary, divided by the number of days in the month multiplied by the number of days you have worked.
It is the responsibility of each employee to check their payslip each month and raise any under or overpayments with
Payroll as soon as possible.
Please ensure that you check the details of the Bank Account you want to have your salary paid into. All Bank
accounts must be eight digits long. Incorrect Bank details will lead to your salary being paid into an incorrect account.
Staff should ensure that they keep payslips and P60s safe. Payroll has no obligation to provide copies.
Sometimes, mistakes do happen and if you are overpaid, recovery action will be taken in accordance with the current
Trust policy.
