Experts are recognizing that self -talk is a healthy tool that we all can use to find answers to our que stions and resolve many problems. Today people are running to find ways to develop self. Recently, personality development c ourses opened to help these people find their way. Now, people are not spending countless of dollars on i mproving their looks, rather they a re spending more time and money to find ways of healing the hidden sel f. The hidden being is decided on the inner conscious. We all have severa l hidden personalities that we do n ot recognize. These personalities o ften come out, usually when feeling s are expressed. To understand one’s feelings, one h as to use his or her self-talk tool s. Most of us can manage our job ta sks on a daily schedule, but when i t comes to managing our feelings an d emotions, often it becomes a stru ggle. Using self-talk tools can cha nge this behavior. As humans, we often struggle to aba ndon bad behaviors, or habits. The common problem we face today is gre ed. We see this by examining human behaviors. You probably noticed tha t on several occasions when a perso n made a small lump sum of cash, th ey often want more. Instead of acce pting that they have what they need , many people will thrive to make m ore money, and often find themselve s down and out at the end; Life se ems to be nothing more than the alm ighty dollar, i.e. most people’s go al in life. People tend to believe that they ca n attain happiness and love by maki ng more money. The fact is these pe ople often find themselves stressin g, because they failed to realize t hat finding love, joy, and peace is the true road to self-development. Success or failure is not what mak es a person. What makes a person is fighting through the hidden messag es in the subliminal mind to discov er self. We all battle emotional responses, such as anger, sadness, joy, et cet era and these emotions ignite from failures, depression, and success a nd so on. We all feel down at times . There is no way that we can escap e the feeling of sadness, joy, ange r, et cetera, but there is a way we can all take control of what we ex press and feel. Another problem we face is dependen cy. Many people in the world today depend on others to pick them up wh en they are down. This leads to maj or problems, simply because not one person has the power to heal you, but you. To work through all of these proble ms, we must depend on self, and dev elop a winning attitude to build co nfidence. By changing our approach, we can see that the world is our o wn based on how we accept it. If a body is unhappy, then the world wil l seem like a miserable place to li ve. One of the common sayings today is, “Life is a B, and then you die .” This entire negative is causing them to miss the benefits of living. In each of our lives, some of us ar e fortunate while others are unfort unate. We must realize that everyth ing we endure takes place to help u s learn. For instance, a severely t raumatized person may have lived a life of overwhelming violence. Ther e is a point to be made here. Of co urse, this person is the victim and has no responsibility of what has occurred in his or her life, yet th e point is made clear at the end of this person’s journey. We can all live and learn from each other. Despite what type of life y ou have lived you can develop a pos itive attitude and win the game of life. By holding onto negative thou ghts, you only defeat the purpose o f living. Life is too short, so dev elop a winning attitude and healing the hidden self will fall into pla ce.
