this spring Italian-themed dinner includes stuffed eggs with tarragon, bruschetta with garlic,
heirloom tomatoes, and fresh basil, citrus-stuffed olives, Risotto Basilica, Pollo Marbella,
Fagiolini al limone (beans with egg and lemon), Zuccotto (Florence Dome Cake), and Fichi
Canditi (Candied Figs). Last year's winner writes, "Neal, Peter, Jari, Joanie, and Sue arrived,
took charge of the kitchen and served us the most delicious dinner we had all year - and they
cleaned up! After dinner, we enjoyed Neal and Peter singing and strumming their guitars. A
delightful evening. Bid high!"
