Be sure that you follow instructions and hold the tape snug, not tight, and do not add inches.

Chest: With vest on, hold tape around the fullest part of chest (after taking a big breath).
Sleeves: put tape on back of neck (C-7) bone, go across the back over the shoulder (with arm out straight in front) like
shooting) take tape to pinkie knuckle.
Bicep: Measure the broadest area of your bicep.
Back: Tape on (C-7) again go down the back to the top of the gun belt.
Front: Put tape on Adams apple (women, cleft in throat) down chest to top of belt.
Waist: Loosely measure around the waist.
Shoulder: Holding next to the neck (top of shoulder) go out to where the shoulder starts to curve down or drop.
Inseam: (Being bare footed), have person hold end of tape in crotch, take tape to the floor.
Rise: Hold tape at top of belt in front go through the crotch, up the butt, to the top of the belt in back.
Thigh: Measure the broadest area of thigh.            Calf: Measure the broadest area of calf
**Women or persons with large hips: Measure the broadest portion of hip area.
**Tummy: Measure around the broadest area of tummy.
