Horseriding - Clonshire riding stables is located only 15 minutes drive towards Adare.

Golf - A choice of several courses are within easy driving distance.

Adare village - One of Irelands prettiest village is 10 minutes drive. Half a day can be spent browsing the
craft galleries, antiques shops and heritage centre. There is a good choice of coffee shops and
restaurants.

Garden visits - There is a selection of interesting gardens nearby who welcome visitors.

- O'Brien's Gardens in Foynes and the gardens at Glin Castle.
- Granagh garden centre, located 20 minutes away, a friendly, family run centre is great for picking up

Irish Dresden - At Irish Dresden, a cross-country drive away, will take you to the factory where the
intricate dresden is made.

Limerick City - Limerick is Ireland's fourth largest city and is just a short drive away.

Family or corporate entertainment - Little Orchard Adventure Centre - see www.funireland.com - is 20
minutes drive from Ballingarry. It provides facilities for off-road mud karting, archery lessons, clay pigeon
shooting, paint balling, etc.

Walking tours - Situated in the Southwest region of Ireland, a plesant drive from The Mustard Seed, on
the borders of counties Limerick, Tipperary and Cork, Ballyhoura Country is an area the undulating green
pastures, of the Golden Vale, of woodlands, hills and mountains.

The area has been described as "a haven of beauty and tranquillity", where the pace of life is slow,
offering the discerning holidaymaker the chance to re-discover quality living, like it used to be, from the
people of the Ballyhoura themselves.

Two mountain ranges, the Ballyhoura's and the Galtee's, offer walkers a unique experience to explore the
Irish countryside at its best. With over 1,500km of off-road marked trails, the area offers much in the way
of walks, from leisurely strolls through peaceful pastureland or forest tracks, to the Ballyhoura way, a
