We are currently seeking a professional, self-motivated individual to join our Customer
Support Team.

•   Job Description:
    We offer our clients 24/7 Help Desk Support, including:
    - Software training and implementation (WinX based and proprietary)
    - Hardware trouble-shooting and configuration
    - Network diagnostics and resolution
    - Business process consulting and implementation
    - Product testing and documentation
    - After-hours on-call support rotation

•   Qualifications and/or assets:
    - Excellent verbal communication skills
    - Training and/or teaching experience
    - Experience in SCO Unix Open Server and WinX OS operating systems
    - Experience with Okidata, IBM Servers and PC's, Symbol, Lexmark and Digi hardware
    - Experience in retail business management
    - General knowledge of financial management and accounting principles
    - Familiarity with store operations such as inventory control and back office procedures
