The Role

Creative Cultures are a successful high growth private company developing at a rapid pace.
Our clients include Major Record Labels, Media Companies, Games Companies and Global
Brands. The company has developed its own powerful Web 2.0 search system for interacting
with consumers via social media and implements many cutting-edge marketing initiatives
within the digital space.

We are seeking a highly motivated, ambitious, intelligent and hard-working individual who
wishes to join a high-challenge, small, exciting but hard-working environment where you can
instantly see your contribution to the company's success. The role will report directly to the
MD and will comprise of developing new revenue initiatives for the business, as well as
expanding opportunities with current clients.

The role will require working alongside our designers, developers and project managers to
create bespoke business proposals for prospective clients. It will also require a strong need
to ensure campaigns and projects are implemented effectively and to client satisfaction and
brief. The role will also support the ongoing functions of the team where required, often
working to tight deadlines and responding to clients ever changing needs.

The role will lead the companies growth and expansion predominantly within Music, Film and
Gaming sectors by pitching for new business opportunities and securing new clients. Sales
will be generated from focusing on selling the companies services across the following areas:

1. Digital Marketing Campaigns

Understanding and assessing client needs in this area and suggesting solutions and
strategies to help clients achieve these results. Campaigns may include increasing online
audience and interaction, developing online CRM strategy for mailing lists and social media,
managing social networking sites, using Web 2.0 to drive traffic to a given destination,
increasing consumer activity around clients online offerings and content.
2. Digital Asset Development

Understanding clients needs in this area and pitching for Digital Asset Design and Build
projects. Digital Assets that can be developed include Websites, Microsites, Banners,
Widgets, Applications, Data Capture Solutions, Mobile Solutions and Digital Content Creation.

3. Online PR Services

This will include seeking clients requiring Online PR and Social Media Relations services and
pitching for suitable projects and campaigns.

Requirements of the role

The role's primary objective is to ensure Creative Cultures has maximum exposure within the
entertainments sector for pitches and available shortlisting on all relevant digital work. The
succesful candidate will have extensive digital business development and digital campaign
experience and ensure the company remains ahead of the game and able to actively pursue
target clients and grow new business. They will also become a central internal advisor for
future product and service offerings, international market strategy and in maintaining key
client relationships.

They will be motivated by new business in a face to face scenario and be able to develop
those accounts accordingly. Having an excellent ability to network clients and get their name
into the marketplace is essential. The successful candidate will be an organised individual
with excellent communication skills, an eye for detail, a professional "can do" attitude and
passion for all things digital / technical.

Proposed Responsibilities

-   New clients are established in Ents (Film, Music and Gaming)
-   Scope customer needs and requirements
-   Make pitches and presentations to customers including bespoke presentation to
    Agencies, Brands and representatives where applicable.
-   Ensure all products and services are introduced and communicated to the customer base
-   Sales targets are met and exceeded
-   Existing and new clients are met regularly and their requirements properly understood
-   Budget limitations that may influence spend are clearly understood
-   Client projects and campaigns won are delivered to brief and results sufficiently
-   Relationships with key contacts within entertainment companies are managed and
-   Gather and maintain industry intelligence
-   Identify opportunities for revenue generation, in both the short and long term, and
    recommend new products and services to the MD
-   Improve existing deals by securing additional revenue
-   Review and improve work processes within the sales department to improve efficiency
    and/or revenue generation.

Core Experience

-   Must have worked in a revenue generating sales or business development role
-   Sales and promotional marketing experience within the consumer sector.
    Proven ability to pitch for and win new business
-   Strong business development acumen
-   Evidence of identifying new revenue opportunities
-   Proven ability to exceed demanding sales targets and deliver strong growth
-   A good general knowledge of music, entertainment or digital consumer marketing
-   Extensive understanding of the Digital & New Media Environment (including Digital
    Media, Social Networking, Web 2.0, emergent online technologies, key entertainment
    sites etc).
-   Strong and proven interest in the entertainment industry. Extensive contacts within the
    industry are a huge advantage.

-   Proven organisational and self-motivational skills
-   Excellent communication skills; the ability to communicate effectively with others; oral,
    written and presentation is a must.

-   Work Planning; the ability to prioritise and plan activities taking into account all the
    relevant issues.
