years ago with one desk and a person to help people find jobs. From that small
beginning, we have expanded to help people country-wide who are seeking a
better life through language instruction, job search, skills acquisition and
vocational training.

   CNA TRAINING PROGRAM CASE MANAGER / JOB DEVELOPER

Job Description and Duties:
• The candidate will provide comprehensive case management and job
  development for hard-to-serve populations
• Will provide academic, career assessment, career guidance and employment
  preparation services
• Will maintain a caseload of trainees/job seekers who have multiple
  barriers to employment
• Will maintain files with detailed case notes and documentation for services
  provided, with training, certification, placement information and follow-up
• Will develop and match clients with job opportunities
• Will provide guidance for job retention strategies, will conduct group workshops
  on job retention and career progression
• Will keep client database updated and will report to the funding sources

Qualifications and Position Requirements:
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and counseling skills
• Ability to work as part of a team and, at the same time, ability to
  work independently to reach stated objectives and goals
• Ability to multi-task, keep the deadlines and reach stated goals
• Proficiency in Microsoft office software and database management
• Ability to make presentations to a group, and market clients to employers
