LMC has incorporated the following features on all LMC Marc Series Seed and Grain Gravities:
•   Ripple deck design provides more traction for better separation.
•   Counter-balanced construction for years of vibration free operation.
•   Multi-lights adjustable gates provide exact control of light product discharge.
•   Automatic discharge senses product depth, adjusts discharge gate, maintaining consistent bed depth and product separation.
•   Fluidized bed powered by a single super quiet high efficiency fan.
•   AC Inverter controls with digital RPM display on the eccentric and fan motors provide simple speed adjustments.

FEATURING:
1. “Micro” Eccentric and Fan Speed Adjustment. This feature allows micro adjustment of the eccentric drive
       and fan speed using new AC Inverter controls with a digital RPM display.
2. Multi-Lights Discharge Controls. This feature allows the control or adjustment of the lights discharge dams
       at several points across the lights discharge spout. Lights accumulate at different points in the lights discharge area
       depending on the product being run or light material being removed. With the “Multi-Lights Discharge Controls” only
       light material is discharged with a minimal amount of good product being lost.
3. New Style Deck and Discharge Gate. All decks are now being made in three components.
       The three components consist of the:
       a. Gate
       b. Rear side bodies with multi-lights discharge gate
       c. Deck cap with bellows
       These three components bolt together allowing for ease of
       handling when changing deck inserts and diffusion plate.

Automatic Discharge Gate
The new style ripple deck has allowed LMC to lower the discharge gate. With the advent of the diffusion plate, air distribution is
more distinct, stratification of the product is much faster, allowing you to run a much thinner product depth. With the gate lowered
and thinner product depth (resulting in faster stratification) the light product will not move up the deck but will move to the
lower end of the deck much faster.
The Automatic discharge gate senses fluctuations in the product flow and automatically adjusts the rate of discharge, maintaining a
constant product depth on the deck. With this system a constant separation is maintained.

                                                                  The LMC upper pan flow vibratory conveyor is the standard
                                                                  configuration for vibratory conveyors. In all configurations,
                                                                  seven pan widths and lengths to your specifications are
                                                                  available. Other options available include partitioned pans,
                                                                  manual and pneumatic gates, and discharge points as you
                                                                  need them.

                                        The double flow vibratory conveyor moves two pans
                                        of product simultaneously in the same direction.

                                 Operation of the LMC E-Z Dump Elevator
                                 The principals of operation for an LMC easy-dump
                                 elevator are very simple, straightforward and effective.
                                 From a spouting system, the product is poured into the
                                 buckets. The buckets follow the path illustrated by the
                                 arrows at the right. As they are pulled around the first
                                 set of sprockets, the buckets are gently tilted and
                                 product spills into a bin. From this bin the product feeds
                                 through a spout to your designated destination. The
                                 buckets continue in this cycle and provide a continuous,
                                 smooth flow of product with very little damage occurring.

Ferrell-Ross           The components in a feed processing system will vary depending on the
                       material being processed and the capacity and degree of automation required.
           A typical system might have a bin in which to store the material about to be processed.
            A screw conveyor will move the material from the bin into a bucket elevator or into an
           air conveyor.
           The elevator or air conveyor will lift the material into a surge bin mounted above the
           milling equipment.
           The material then flows by gravity into a feeder mounted above the mill. The feeder
           regulates the material flow into the mill where the particles will be reduced.




   The reduced material from the mill then flows into a leg or air conveyor where the product will be
   lifted into a storage bin for load out or to the next stage of the process.
   Obviously more complex systems might require some sophisticated computer controls.

True Spiral Separators of the Future
Harden Spiral Separators are available with cores having
several different flite pitches to allow the spirals to do an
excellent job on most seedlots over a wide quality range.
Problems such as moldy soybeans, purple moonflower
(giant morning glory), splits and smothered cockleburs may
be removed from a seedlot. The Spiral Separator also has
a feature for reducing good seed cleanout on lense-shaped
(flat sided) soybeans. Spiral Separators use no power in
operation. A simple screw-type adjustable feed rate may
be changed during operation. Cores simply unbolt and are
easily changed or replaced. Spiral enclosures are lined with
rubber to assist in the prevention of damage to fragile
seeds. All models are furnished with six-inch flanged inlet(s).
Cleaned seed discharges from one spout and tailings from
